Yogurt with Strawberries and Honey

Chunks of shredded wheat cereal add crunchy texture to this healthy breakfast.

Ingredients

  • ¾ c. plain low-fat yogurt
  • ⅓ c. bite-size shredded wheat cereal
  • 4 oz. strawberries
  • 2 tsp. honey

Directions

  1. Spoon plain low-fat yogurt into a small bowl. Crumble 1/3 cup bite-size shredded wheat cereal on yogurt. Top with 4 ounces strawberries, hulled and quartered (3/4 cup). Drizzle with 2 teaspoons honey.
