The foods we buy from our local markets, we call it as natural vegetable and staples. But when we see in their en route from the farms to stores they are prone to various chemical additions in order to make them sustain the environment. Organic foods are having more nutrition value than nonorganic, by avoiding chemical processing the vitamins and minerals are present in their natural forms. In inorganic foods, these mineral particles are transformed into other forms due to the combinations of chemicals while processing.

Though there are many benefits are there, the organically grown crops are a bit costlier than inorganic. Since the avoidance of preservatives, these foods lifetime is less than their inorganic counterparts in the stores.
