Lemon for a flat stomach

We all want to weight loss and healthy nutrition.

The power of this is to achieve this.
In the morning on an empty stomach to squeeze a lemon and slowed the water in the cup as lemonade and add a teaspoon of honey and a little ginger.

 

This will be enough for a healthy start to the day.
