Chrono diet – The World is Crazy about this Diet Find out Why !

Chrono diet was created by French doctor Alain Delabos who studied “Chrono Biology” and his knowledge had applied on human nutrition.
On what is based this diet? Basically our body works differently in different times and differently processes the food that we consume. Among other things, each body is different in size, shape and structures of bone and so the amount of deposited food to be distinguished.
In Chrono diet you should respect the rule of combining food. Proteins and carbohydrates consume only in the morning.

You should not skip the meals.
It is very important to have three meals and a time difference between of 5 hours, in order to regulate the level of insulin and blood sugar level.
It is good practice interval training and the best combinations are rapid and slow walk. You should practice only in the morning.
Products that you should avoid are: milk, sugar, white flour and yogurt.
This diet become very popular; you don’t have to count the calories that you intake but to follow simple rules.

Couple rules:
1.If you are a tall person you can eat more. The amount of consumed food depends of your height.
2.If your bones are bigger, less weight you should lose. You can see how big are your boned by
measuring the wrist. Average size is 6cm.
3.For those who want sweet: eat food that is consisted of carbohydrates from the moment you feel
hungry until late afternoon.
4.You can treat your self with 2 meals by choice during one week.
5.No alcohol
6.No sugar in the coffee or tea
7.No milk or yogurt
8.Never eat when you are not hungry
9.Eat one banana one hour before practicing the training

Chrono diet menu:

Eat carbs, protein and fat. It needs to avoid wheat or corn. Allowed flour: barley, rye, buckwheat, oats…
You are allowed to eat bacon, but preferably without additives.

You need to eat proteins which are consisted in: beef, pork or lamb, without carbohydrates but with vegetables. You also need to eat larger amounts of fresh white and green vegetables in the form of salads.

This meal is consisting of proteins, but the lighter proteins that are coming from the white meat and fish. Sometimes you can combine it with a young cheese. And for dinner also you can combine green and white vegetables.

The sweets and even fruits are allowed to eat only in the afternoon, between lunch and dinner. The best choice is a dark chocolate with 70% cocoa and dried fruit.
If you need to reduce more weight:

Introduce more restrictions.
No snacks and sweets, including fruit. Dietary discharged and all vegetables that are based on starch.
