Just follow these simple steps and you will fall asleep shortly:

  1. Exhale all the air through the mouth loudly
  2. Close your mouth, inhale quietly through the nose and count to four
  3. Hold your breath and count to seven
  4. Once again exhale all the air through your mouth loudly and make sure that lasts for eight seconds
  5. Inhale and repeat the cycle three times
