Breakfast For Losing Weight Recipe

It solves the problem of lazy bowels and constipation, burning fat and it also normalizes the weight. After a month of consuming this cocktail you can easily lose up to 35kg. Ingredients

-300 ml kefir (or low-fat yogurt)

-2 tablespoons oatmeal

-1 teaspoon minced linseed

-1 teaspoon of cocoa powder

-5-7 fleshy prunes

Method

Prepare the breakfast the night before.

Pour the prunes with 100 ml of boiling water. Cover and leave for 5-10 minutes.

Meanwhile put the oatmeal, minced linseed and the cocoa in a plate. Pour kefir and mix the ingredients. Finely chop the prunes (you can also use a blender to the state of “puree”) and and the previous mixture.

Stir well and leave in the fridge overnight.
