Recipe for a homemade anti-aging cream
This amazing recipe will not only help you reduce wrinkles, but will prevent the formation of new ones. It is composed of 4 ingredients which are easily available. The most important of them is vitamin C as it stimulates collagen production, a protein that provides the skin with its elasticity. If you provide your skin with enough vitamin C, the collagen production will be increase, and the formation of wrinkles will be prevented.
- 1 tsp of L-Ascorbic Acid powder (vitamin C powder);
- ¼ cup of Aloe Vera gel;
- 2 tbsp. of extra virgin coconut oil;
- 2 tbsp. of vitamin E oil;
- Dark container as vitamin C breaks down and oxidizes quickly especially when exposed to sunlight.
How to prepare it: mix all the ingredients into a bowl and then pour the mixture into a dark container. Store it into the fridge to provide your cream a long shelf life.
Apply it on your face 2 times weekly.
